After The Whistle is seeking a Recruiter to join an established and growing staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates into positions within its clients' organizations. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, screen and interview candidates, and make recommendations for placements.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to identify their staffing needs and understand the requirements for open positions
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the position
Provide guidance and advice to clients on hiring practices, job descriptions, and compensation packages
Manage the interview process and coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up
Work with the Onboarding Team to conduct reference and background checks on candidates and verify their employment history and qualifications
Make recommendations to clients on the best candidate for the position and negotiate compensation packages
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
