After The Whistle is seeking a Recruiter to join an established and growing staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates into positions within its clients' organizations. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, screen and interview candidates, and make recommendations for placements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to identify their staffing needs and understand the requirements for open positions

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the position

• Provide guidance and advice to clients on hiring practices, job descriptions, and compensation packages

• Manage the interview process and coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up

• Work with the Onboarding Team to conduct reference and background checks on candidates and verify their employment history and qualifications

• Make recommendations to clients on the best candidate for the position and negotiate compensation packages

• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities

Requirements:
